We are Fossils / Vi er fossiler, 2021, used trainers cast in acrylic, supports, 310cm x 40cm x 40cm.

Permanent public commission for Anneberg Sculpture Park, Geopark Odsherred, DK.

In the Danish market town of Nykøbing Sjælland you’ll find the sculpture park 17 Goals On My Mind. The park consists of 17 sculptures, each of which shows an interpretation of one of the UN's 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development. The sculptures are permanently installed and have been created by a total of 21 renowned artists from different parts of the world. Thrane’s artistic interpretation of Goal 12: Responsible consumption and production, consists of used trainers cast in blocks of acrylic. The blocks form a pillar, a totem, a meeting point.
