In two small, intimate rooms in the listed Rococo house from 1761, where royals used to spend the night on their travels, a collection of used mattresses have been pushed against the wall from both sides. The Rococo period is a historical style that has become a symbol of human ideals. The discarded mattresses appear as images of lived life with all its ups and downs, and perhaps the discarded says more about who we are than who we dream of being.
